Good moral for the buftea game: “We want to get the maximum”

Politehnica Timişoara confidently approaches the away game with Rapid from the League 2 play-off, a duel scheduled in two days in Buftea.

“We meet a team that is directly promoted on the spot, a team of very good players who can make a difference at any time. They proved it in Timisoara, in four or five minutes they managed to turn the fate of the game. They have players who, if they have space, can decide a game. They are also organized on the defensive phase. Except for their last game, from Calarasi, they were the team that received very few goals. It is one of the favorites for promotion, but we go confidently to Bucharest, because we come after two victories, we want to get the most out of this game. It is important for us to have a very good organization, determination and courage when we have the ball. It will be a difficult match, of course. We also play at night, it will be a different rhythm compared to a match we would have played earlier. The matches at night give you appetite, give you freshness, I want to rise to the level of the game and return victorious “, said Dan Alexa, the head coach of the white-violets.

The good news regarding the medical situation in the group is the return of Romario Rus.

Affected by muscle problems in the last two weeks, striker Stjepan Plazonja is also at the disposal of the team for this very important match. “I think it will definitely be a good match, we are 100% focused, we expect a good match, Rapid is a very good team. We also have two victories in a row, we are full of confidence and we want to win… The atmosphere is very good after these two victories and we are definitely going there with good morale “, said Plazonja. The Croatian top is the main scorer of our team in the championship, with four successes.

The FC Rapid – Politehnica Timişoara match will be played on Thursday, May 13, at 20.30 (Digi Sport 1, Telekom Sport 1, Look Sport +), on the CNAF stadium in Buftea, in the eighth stage of the League play-off 2.
