“It’s an action we started yesterday. There are a lot of players, young players. First of all there are players from the Centre, the kids – the juniors and then players who are also from the club, but are on loan to League 3 teams and players from outside. We are trying to see them this week. Today was a first game, we continue with training and games until the end of the week. At the end, for sure, we will make an evaluation. I think we can discuss, that they are interesting kids, we have interesting kids in the Centre as well, we practically started this process, you saw that now at the end of the championship, even in the official games we had three players who came from the Academy, two of them even made their debut. We don’t expect now to find players who in the first round of 2022 will be starters, but I believe that there are players who, having joined the senior team, can easily grow and become first team players“, said Nicolae Croitoru, head coach of Politehnica Timisoara.
