Dear Timisoara and Bain supporters,
Timisoara must put on the blue and white jersey again! We are all here today for exactly that.
Unfortunately, Politehnica Timișoara Football Club has today had to restart from scratch again – this is not due to the lack of commitment or dedication of those who have run the club in recent times, but only to the far too honest, simplistic and subjective approach to the financial realities, our times and the general public’s perception of the football world.
We would like to thank the members of Druckeria for all the efforts, sometimes superhuman, that they have made to make possible the continuation of the beautiful story of Poli Timisoara and we hope that they will continue to be part of this story, both as shareholders, but especially as ardent supporters of our team.
Many people wonder where are the more than 30,000 supporters who filled the Dan Paltinisanu stadium and why Poli is not playing where it belongs, at the top of Romanian football and in the European cups.
The answer is as simple as it is hard to explain: the team’s supporters no longer feel that this team is theirs, they no longer feel that the club is a public asset of Timisoara and Timis County, they no longer feel that the name Poli Timisoara is the brand that the people of Timisoara should be proud of. Supporters feel that the Poli Timisoara story is no longer connected to them and that they are no longer part of it.
But these supporters exist, they want to be part of the story, they still love the club, and all we have to do is call them back, convincing them of our good intentions, of our devotion and love for the club and of the transparency of the decisions taken in their interest and in the interest of the team.
At this point, being part of the Poli Timisoara story becomes very simple, by buying shares. However, for these shares to be truly valuable, they must reflect the professionalism of those who run the club, with the sole aim of bringing sporting performance back to where we all want it to be, with the obvious objective of giving the team back to the people of Banana.
Our mission, the mission of all of us – of the club, the local authorities, the media and the supporters, will not be accomplished until we will see our fans from Lugoj, Vinga, Caransebeș or Pojejena in the stadium again, until the streets of Timisoara will be full of people dressed in white and purple again, until all those who represent and identify with Timisoara and Banat will feel responsible to support the rebirth of Poli Timisoara.
