Born in Timisoara on March 11, 1997, Cristian Pădurariu signed a two-year contract with Politehnica Timisoara.

He played as a junior at LPS Banatul and played until last winter in Serie D, in Italy, at Brusaporto. In winter he came free of contract to Phoenix Buziaș, 3rd League, 8th series, with which he finished 3 places above the first relegation place. He played 12 games scoring 5 goals and providing 4 assists.

In the past he also played for ACS Poli, CSC Ghiroda, Ripensia and Carbonia.

He plays as a striker with 4-4-2 as his preferred system of play.
