Dan Alexa, after the equal from Călăraşi: “We had the biggest opportunities”

The main coach of the Polytechnic was satisfied with the attitude of his players in the match from the first stage of the League 2 play-off, ended with a white score on the field of the Dunărea Călăraşi.

“It was a beautiful 0-0, with a lot of situations to score, both for Călăraşi and for ours. I think we had bigger opportunities. I missed one-on-one situations with the opposing goalkeeper, and I congratulate Began for making a good match, and I also had that bar at the end of the match. It was a beautiful match, we had attitude, determination, we were very organized, we met a very good team, which I see as a favorite in the promotion. They have very good conditions, they have an exceptional team, but I congratulate my team for what they showed today and I have a regret because I missed in the second half three times alone with the goalkeeper and I had that bar. We could have lost in the last phase, when Otto defended very well, and I congratulate my goalkeeper as well. To another, a point won away on the field of a very good team “, said Dan Alexa.
