For Politehnica Timişoara, a new very important game in the championship will follow on Saturday, on the field of AFC Unirea 04 Slobozia.

“A difficult game awaits us, we saw Slobozia in Bacău as well, it is a team that has changed a lot for the better, they have an experienced coach. It’s a very well organized team, with a couple of very good strikers. They have a playing surface, not exceptional, but not bad, you can play football. It’s a difficult and important match, because we have to stay there in front. There are still the same ten teams fighting for six places, any wrong step can be fatal. We have one less game than other contenders, we go confident, we have to look good at Slobozia. But if we don’t have determination and concentration, we will struggle and lose, “said Dan Alexa, the head coach of the white-violets.

“It is an important week, in which we are preparing to travel to Slobozia. It is a very important match, because we are coming after a victory and we must continue like this… to secure our place in the playoffs as soon as possible. They also started with a victory, in Bacău, we have to be very focused on this match because it will not be an easy one. A field similar to the one on Science is waiting for us, a small one, the turf will probably not be of the best quality and it will be a fighting match “, said Călin Jurj.

The right-back, returning to full force after the injury he suffered in the first part of the season, appreciates that the pressure of the fight for the first places is beneficial: “It is a positive pressure, because we have never been in this position and we want to prove that we deserve our place. in the playoffs and we can fight with the best. I personally feel very well, I overcame the injury, I made a good preparation and I can’t wait to enter the field “.
