Politehnica Timisoara has parted ways with players Daniel Benzar and Roberto Hațegan.

Daniel Dumitru Benzar (24) signed with Politehnica last July, arriving from Rapid. An attacking player, he has scored three goals in ten games for our team in the current championship.

Nicholas Roberto Hațegan (20) signed with Poli last summer. The Romanian-American attacking midfielder has registered eight appearances in the 2021-22 edition of League 2. He scored a goal in the championship game won by the white-violet in Techirghiol, against Unirea Constanța (score 2-0).

Thank you and good luck in his sporting career!

Players on loan:

In the attention of the club will remain the following young players, who will continue their development, until summer, at other clubs in our area.

Samuel Costea (21 years old) will play in the spring season for CS Phoenix Buziaș, a club that is fighting for the 3rd League. Sami came to Poli from CSC Ghiroda and Giarmata Vii last summer. The wing midfielder has been on the pitch in four League 2 matches for our team.

Robert Alin Popeț (20 years old) will play for CSO Deta (L4 Timișș) in the first part of the year. Popeț joined our club in the summer of 2021 from CSC Dumbrăvița. Unfortunately the young goalkeeper was seriously injured in training before the start of the season and did not register any official appearances in our team jersey.

Tudor Moțiu (17 years old) will play on loan for CSC Dumbrăvița until the end of the season. He is an exponent of Politehnica’s 2004 generation who made his senior debut in the 2020-21 season (in the Romanian Cup). In the current season the young stoper has played in two League 2 games for our team, plus two games in the Romanian Cup, a competition in which he also scored a goal.

Also, in this competition break several youngsters from Academia Politehnica Timișoara signed on loan with senior clubs until the end of the season:

Marco Mircea (17 years old, defender) was loaned to Ripensia until the end of the season.

Eduard Amariei (18, full-back) will also play on loan at CSC Dumbrăvița in League 3.

Denis Bot (18, full-back) and Ralf Kuhn (18, midfielder) will play for Avântul Periam in League 3 in the spring season.
