Teodora Meluță, National Team defender, twice named Romania’s best player, is the new player of Politehnica Timisoara. With offers from Italy, Switzerland and Cyprus, Teo chose to return to the country for at least a year, after a short period spent in Switzerland, in Lugano. Unfortunately, she didn’t get the chance to play more games for Lugano, suffering a serious injury in March – fractured tibia and fibula. Still recovering from surgery, Teo joined our team at the start of training and we hope to see her playing for the blue and white as soon as possible.
